Fees and Dues

Meet Fees Explained

Members are responsible to sign-up their swimmers and pay for all meet fees posted to their account with their next month's dues and fees.

Important: Once the deadline for meet entries has passed, members are responsible for all fees associated with meet sign-up even if they need to cancel.

In most cases, meet fees will be posted to member accounts immediately after the meet is complete. Championship meet fees will sometimes post to member accounts prior to the meet.

Coaching Fee: $5 per swimmer for Away Meets
Oregon Swimming Surcharge: $3 per swimmer for each meet

Junior Limited $59
Senior $112
Senior Limited $75

Dues Policy

Each family is responsible for paying all dues and any additional fees incurred (i.e. USA swim membership fees, swim meet fees, volunteer hours not completed, etc.) by the 10th of each month.

Invoicing typically occurs on the 1st of the month for recurring monthly charges, whereas swim meet fees are invoiced after the meet.

Meet fees are due the 10th of the month after they were invoiced. For example, a meet invoiced anytime in January would have a due date of February 10. The TeamUnify system will unfortunately assign a due date of January 10 and will then automatically assume the meet fees are overdue if not paid by January 10. However, no late fees will be assessed until after the true due date of February 10.

Late Fees and Consequences

$10 Late Fee: If you have a balance on your account on the 10th of the month, you will be charged a $10 late fee.

60+ Days Past Due: Swimmers with accounts 60+ days past due will not be allowed to participate in swim meets.

90+ Days Past Due: Swimmers with accounts 90+ days past due will be unable to practice with the team until the account is current.
